| The Reserve of Pinecrest |
| Description: This 68 unit
luxury condominium project is located on 3 acres of an infill
site. Surrounded on three sides by commercial and residential
development, the project was designed to turn inwards. The
result is a European-Style building embracing a central
landscaped plaza. With parking tucked under the plaza level,
the building rises from two residential levels at the corners
to four residential levels at the center, giving the complex a
nicely tapered street profile. Units range in size from 1,724
to 2,445 air-conditioned square feet with a mix of flats and
townhouse units. It's metal roofs and pastel-colored
stucco walls reflect a Key West vernacular design. The project is
due to start construction in the fall of 2000. | |

| The Cozumel at Cape
Marco |
| Description: Located at the
point of a narrow peninsula, this award wining 24-story luxury
condominium project is surrounded on three sides by the Gulf
of Mexico. The "V" shaped building configuration responds
perfectly to the unique site and affords wide angled water
views from all units. Twenty-one residential levels sit on top
of a three-story base containing the parking structure. A waterfall-featured vehicular ramp leads
to the third-level
landscaped entry plaza and main lobby. Accessed from the
lobby, a dramatic two-story club facility is located at the point of the building "V" occupying the third
and second levels. There are a total of 119 units including
several penthouses with units ranging from 2,100 to 3,300
air-conditioned square feet. The style is a contemporary
interpretation of neoclassical Mediterranean architecture.

| Description: Surrounded by
a golf course, the four luxury condominium buildings are
configured to create a village of many differently sized
buildings. Each building differs in length, height
and unit mix in order to achieve the desired
visual effect and avoid monotony. A total of 61 units range in
size from 2,000 to 2,800 air-conditioned square feet. The style
is Key West Vernacular. | |
