Description: A small hamlet of 16 residences, with homes clustered around brick paved squares. Two models range in size from 3,200 to 3,400 square feet. This award-winning infill project (South Florida's BEST Award 2000) was the first planned unit development in the city of South Miami. The unique architectural style reflects the early tropical architecture of the South Florida area.

Description: This 3,360 square foot courtyard home received a National Builder's Choice award and was featured in BUILDER Magazine.
